Why I chose agriculture

I went to a community college for a couple of years, then came back to farm with my brothers. We all share the same goals and think alike. There’s no “I’m working harder than him” stuff or anything like that. We work well together.

How we make decisions

There’s a lot of networking involved. We’re always talking to our seed dealers, our fertilizer dealers, people like that on our team. We like to get a second opinion.

The future of our operation

The biggest thing is the transition of the farm. It’s something we’re all going to work through together. We know it can be a challenge to bring new people into the operation successfully, but we’re committed to doing it.
