Event Terms and Conditions

READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. THIS APPROVAL, AUTHORIZATION, CONSENT AND RELEASE IS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON SUBMISSION OF THE REGISTRATION.

In consideration for their attendance at the Conference and the receipt of all information, attendance materials, services and goods made available as a part of the Conference, with the submission of this registration, the Participants, individually and/or collectively, grant all rights to, and consent to Farm Credit Services of America_®, AgCountry Farm Credit Services_®, and/or Frontier Farm Credit_®, jointly managed and operated, federally chartered corporations (collectively the “Associations”) use of, their name, address, biographical information, photographic portrait, digital image and other pictures or videos of the Participant captured by the Associations, and/or any statements or quotations made by the Participant and recorded by the Associations during or as a part of the Conference. The Participant(s) further grant the right to, and consents to, the use and publication by of (a) any photographic portraits, digital images, audio or video recordings, or other pictures of the undersigned named below taken on behalf of the Associations, or that may be submitted by me to the Associations, regardless of whom may have taken or owns such items; and, (b) any statements or quotations made by me for the purposes of promoting the activities and programs of the Associations. The Associations are authorized to use such items, statements, or quotations any purpose they deem appropriate, including, but not limited to, news articles, radio or television stories, newspapers, magazines, podcasts, slide presentations, audio or video presentations, or other media. The Participant(s) understand that the use of such items will be: (i) without any compensation to the Participant; (ii) in conjunction with my own name or otherwise; and, (iii) in any format, color, size, shape, perspective, context, or variations thereof the Associations may choose. The Participant(s) hereby waive any right that he/she/they may have to inspect or approve any finished images or product utilizing such items, statements, or quotations. The Participant(s) release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Associations their respective affiliates, representatives and assigns from any liability for their use of such items, statements, or quotations, including any claims for libel or violations of any rights of privacy. The Participant(s) warrant that: (a) I/we are/am of the age of majority and have the right to contract in my(our) own name(s); and, (b) that I/we do not claim or own, nor do I/we have any knowledge of any third party claiming or owning, any copyright, trademark or other legal interests which would prohibit the use of the items for which this release is provided.

The Participant acknowledges that he/she/they have read this Approval, Authorization and Release form prior to its execution and agree that it shall be binding on the Participant and their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. The Participant understands that this release is provided for the benefit of the Associations which are customer owned, jointly managed corporations and a part of the national Farm Credit System.
