Senior Leadership Structure

As a cooperative, our Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing and approving individuals hired to the leadership team to ensure their talents and strengths align with the needs of the Association.

Mark Jensen  

Mark Jensen
President and CEO

Mark was named president and chief executive officer in November 2017. Prior to that, he held the role of senior vice president and chief risk officer of FCSAmerica since 2013.

Mark has over 25 years of agricultural lending experience and has provided leadership to the credit, risk management and appraisal teams that support sales, service and strategic planning activities. He was raised on a dairy farm in southeast Nebraska and received his Bachelor of Science degree in AgriBusiness from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Ken Keegan

Ken Keegan
Executive Vice President –
Business Development

Ken joined FCSAmerica in 1997. He currently leads teams directly involved in customer sales and service activities including retail office delivery, country home loans and insurance services.

Ken has over 30 years of experience in the Farm Credit System with senior leadership roles in risk management, credit, appraisal, capital markets, agribusiness finance, facilities and equipment finance. Ken was raised on a family farm in southern Ohio and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Ag Economics from Ohio State University.

SCOTT COZIAHR

Scott Coziahr
Senior Vice President –
General Counsel

Scott was named general counsel in February 2006. Prior to joining FCSAmerica, Scott was engaged in private law practice representing financial institutions in the areas of commercial real estate and equipment finance. He is an Iowa native with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance and a Juris Doctorate degree, each from Creighton University.

Dave Martin

Dave Martin
Senior Vice President –
Chief Strategy Officer

Dave was named chief strategy officer in November 2008. He provides senior leadership for organizational strategy and plan development, innovation, program management, software development, technology services and business to ag-business solutions sales.

Prior to that, he served as chief information officer of FCSAmerica from 1998-2008. Dave also spent 15 years at Farm Credit Services of Mid-America. He is an Indiana native and graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Agriculture.

Ann Finkner

Ann Finkner
Senior Vice President –
Chief Administrative Officer

As chief administrative officer, Ann provides senior leadership for human capital services including human resources, organizational development and learning, facilities/operations and community involvement. She also serves as the Association’s corporate secretary.

Ann joined the former Federal Land Bank Association of Lincoln as a loan officer in 1981 and has held various lending, administrative, accounting and technology leadership positions. Originally from Rushmore, Minnesota, Ann is a graduate of Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa.

Tim Koch

Tim Koch
Senior Vice President –
Chief Credit Officer

Tim joined FCSAmerica in 1999 and was named chief credit officer in February 2017. He provides strategic direction and leadership to the Associations’ underwriting, appraisal, account resolution and centralized lending support functions.

Prior to joining FCSAmerica, Tim spent 7 years as a national bank examiner with the Comptroller of the Currency. Tim grew up in rural southeast Nebraska and graduated from Hastings College with a degree in Accounting.

Craig Kinnison

Craig Kinnison
Senior Vice President –
Chief Financial Officer

Craig was named chief financial officer in November 2006. Prior to joining FCSAmerica, Craig spent 14 years with the Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation in New Jersey in the role of senior vice president and treasurer.

During his career, Craig also worked in public accounting for six years and is a licensed CPA. He is a Nebraska native with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
