Managing cash has become a bigger part of running a farm or ranch. Whether it’s checking balances, planning for expenses, or deciding when to move money or borrow funds, routine financial decisions can take valuable time away from your operation.
That's why our money movement services are evolving: to make it easier for cash and borrowing to work together and simplify day-to-day money management.
By intentionally connecting banking capabilities with your operating line of credit, cash and borrowing can work together more seamlessly instead of requiring separate financial decisions. Through our partnership with First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), we're bringing together complementary strengths that help reduce manual transfers, improve visibility into cash flow, and make working capital easier to manage.
Spend less time managing money and more time running your operation.
While these capabilities continue to evolve, one thing remains the same: your relationship with us. These enhancements are designed to build on the services you already value while making it easier to manage your operation.
Your relationship with us and your operating line of credit are not changing.
What is evolving is how you manage cash and move money.
We have engaged a trusted expert, FNBO, to enhance certain money movement services connected to your operating line of credit.
If you prefer to manage certain transactions online, you can continue to do so through My Account, our secure online account management tool.
There is no action you need to take today.
We will continue to share updates and guidance as additional information becomes available.
For more than 25 years, we have worked with FNBO to serve agriculture and rural communities. This longstanding relationship, combined with FNBO’s banking expertise and technology, gives us confidence in this partnership and its ability to support your evolving cash management needs.
With this partnership, you benefit from:
Integrated payment solutions, including digital payables and receivables
Card-based payment options and global transaction capabilities
Tools designed to strengthen fraud protection and reduce risk
Simplified money movement and fewer manual processes
Improved visibility into your cash position
More efficient use of working capital, with potential interest-saving opportunities
One of the benefits you have long valued is the ability to manage cash and borrowing in a way that supports the day-to-day needs of your operation. As money movement services evolve, that advantage remains an important part of the experience.
Through the combination of your operating line of credit and FNBO banking services, you can keep cash and borrowing working together more effectively.
Automated sweep functionality helps align your available cash and borrowing balances based on daily account activity. Rather than monitoring balances, calculating transfers, and moving money manually, cash and borrowing can work together automatically to help support liquidity needs and make more effective use of working capital.
My Account provides a convenient way to manage your accounts and complete eligible account transfers online, giving you added flexibility while complementing the personal support available from your local FCSAmerica team.

The way agricultural operations manage money continues to evolve, along with customer expectations, banking capabilities, and security needs.
As operations grow more complex, with more transactions, accounts, and increasing fraud risks, you need tools that are more connected, efficient, and secure.
To better support the evolving way customers manage cash and borrowing, we've selected FNBO as our preferred provider for cash management and money movement services. Together, we bring complementary strengths to your operation; FCSAmerica continues to provide the financing expertise and relationship you rely on, while FNBO delivers banking capabilities that work alongside your operating line of credit. The result is a more connected approach to managing cash and borrowing that helps simplify routine financial decisions.
Many of your routine cash management tasks can happen automatically, helping you spend less time:
Checking account balances throughout the day
Forecasting cash needs and transfer amounts
Deciding when to draw from your operating line of credit
Determining when excess cash should be applied toward borrowing
Instead, you can focus on running your operation.
Eliminate time spent manually managing cash and borrowing balances
Improve day-to-day efficiency
Support potential interest savings
Make more effective use of working capital
This isn't about introducing technology for technology's sake. It's about continuing to provide a convenient, efficient, and connected way to manage cash and borrowing.
