“The Big Shrink”
How can U.S. agriculture prepare for a world with fewer and older consumers? Flux: 8 Superpowers for Thriving in Constant Change
In a world where change and uncertainty are constant, adaptability and resilience are crucial but can be stretched to their limits. April Rinne introduces the concept of a Flux Mindset, which views change as a feature rather than a bug. By developing eight Flux Superpowers, individuals can transform their approach to leadership, success, and well-being, finding calm and meaning amidst chaos. This mindset helps people see change in new ways, craft innovative responses, and reshape their relationship with uncertainty, ensuring they remain grounded even when everything around them is shifting.
