GrowingOn Conference Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY
A PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING

1. ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States of America residing within the states of Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Wyoming, North Dakota, Minnesota, or Wisconsin. Residents must be 18 years or older. Employees, officers and directors of Farm Credit Services of America (FCSAmerica) (“Sponsor”), subsidiaries and affiliated companies, successors and assigns, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, insurers, legal advisors, and their respective relatives (including the spouse, and any person related to the above individuals, or the spouse, as parent, child, sibling, step-parent, step-child, step-sibling, half-sibling, uncle or aunt, niece or nephew, grandparent, grandchild, or the spouse of any of the above) and individuals residing in their same household (whether or not related) are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The entire giveaway period begins on 1/29/2026 and ends on 1/29/2026.
3. TO ENTER: On an official entry form or plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand print your name, complete address, including zip code, and date of birth, or use the online registration form if available. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Limit one entry per person. Entries must be received by 12:00 pm (local time) on 1/29/2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries not received in time for random drawings. Deposit your entry in the official entry receptacle or online registration form.
4. DRAWING(S): One (1) random drawings will be held at 12:00 pm (local time) on 1/29/2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. PRIZE(S): One (1) Yeti Cooler valued at approx. $325 will be awarded after the GrowingOn Conference. One winner will be drawn. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees on prize awarded.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: (a) By participating, entrants release, discharge and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents for any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to property or person, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from or in connection with participation in this drawing or in any drawing-related activities. (b) By accepting a prize, except where legally prohibited, winners grant (and agree to confirm such grant in writing) to Sponsor the right to the use, without additional compensation, of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements, at any time for advertising, trade publicity, promotional and commercial purposes in all media without notice, review or approval. (c) Winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of receipt of documents and prior to acceptance of the prize. If documents are not returned timely or if prize notification or prize is returned as nondeliverable or if a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. (d) Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash or credit. (e) Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. (f) All official entry forms submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. (g) All personal information submitted by entrants can be used by Sponsor for future mailings or marketing and or promotion materials and/or for follow-up contacts by Sponsor and will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at www.fcsamerica.com.
7. WINNERS LIST: For name(s) of winner(s), mail a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by 04/01/2026, to Farm Credit Services of America, Attn: Marketing, PO Box 2409, Omaha, NE 68103-2409.
8. GOVERNING LAW: Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of SD, without regard to any choice of law provisions. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of each entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway and/or any Prize, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of SD without given event to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction other than the State of SD.
