The Farm Credit Services of America (FCSAmerica) Board is comprised of 15 Directors: 12 elected by customer-stockholders and three appointed Directors.
Board of Director Elections: FCSAmerica stockholders elected four customer-stockholders to serve terms beginning on September 1, 2026.
Race 1: Susan K. Voss, North English, IA, was re-elected to the Board with a 4-year term beginning September 1, 2026. Susan Voss has served on the FCSAmerica Board since 2014. Jason Madden, Armstrong, IA, was the other candidate in this race.
Race 2: Ryan S. Kelly, O’Neill, NE, was elected to the Board with a 4-year term beginning September 1, 2026. The incumbent for this Board position, Duane Kristensen, Minden, NE, is retiring effective August 31, 2026. Doug Bartek, Wahoo, NE, was the other candidate in this race.
Race 3: Jason Frerichs, Wilmot, SD, was re-elected to the Board with a 4-year term beginning September 1, 2026. Jason Frerichs has served on the FCSAmerica Board since 2022. Travis Gebhart, Meadow, SD, and Tanner Hento, Avon, SD, were the other candidates in this race.
Race 4: Darren Fehr, Mallard, IA, was elected to the Board with a 1-year term beginning on September 1, 2026. Brent Lorimor, Farragut, IA, was the other candidate in this race. This race was to fill a vacancy on the Board.
Board Retirement: Duane Kristensen, Minden, NE, will be retiring from the Board of Directors effective August 31, 2026. Kristensen has served on the Board since 2022.
Your votes made a difference! Shareholder ballots generated a donation of approximately $18,300 for each state FFA organization in Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming. The Associations increased the contribution to $18,500 per state. Thank you for participating in the 2026 elections!
