Farm Credit Services of America Announces Appointment to Board of Directors

Omaha, Nebraska (June 9, 2014) – The Farm Credit Services of America (FCSAmerica) Board of Directors has appointed Tim Rowe of Elwood, Nebraska, to serve the balance of a four-year term on the Board.

Rowe replaces Dan Shaw, who now serves on the Board of Directors for AgriBank, FCB, a funding bank for Farm Credit associations, including FCSAmerica. Rowe’s term began June 1, 2014, and ends March 31, 2017.

Rowe is a past member of the AgriBank and FCSAmerica Boards of Directors. He and his wife, Susan, raise corn, white corn, soybeans, and alfalfa, as well as run a livestock operation that includes a cow-calf herd, a custom backgrounding feedlot, and finishing. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
