COVID-19 Update

Farm Credit Services of America remains open for business and is committed to meeting your financial and risk management needs in this challenging time. To ensure the continuity of our day-to-day operations, we are taking additional steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers and the communities we serve. This includes having more of our teammates work from home and making greater use of technology. We will continue to serve customers through multiple channels but will be closed to walk-in traffic no later than Friday, March 20.

Online Resources and Telephone Support

  • Our local office telephone lines will remain open to help customers with questions, accounts, transactions and other business.

  • Customers may reach us by calling their local office or by using our toll-free number at 800-884-3276.

  • Our AgriPoint® tool offers 24/7 online access to balance information, funds transfers and many other functions. Customers can enroll online at fcsamerica.com.

  • The FCSAmerica® Mobile app also offers 24/7 support for online business including the ability to remotely capture and transmit checks to apply as payments against your loan balance. Customers who are enrolled in AgriPoint can download the app via links on our website.

  • If customers need assistance logging into or using AgriPoint or the mobile app, a member of our support team will be happy to help you.

    • For technical help with AgriPoint such as profile changes or login and password questions, please call 877-348-3810.

    • For non-technical questions about how to use AgriPoint tools like Financials or Account Access, please call 877-966-7778.

  • Secure drop boxes remain available at our offices for customers who elect to use them for dropping off checks and documents. Drop box contents will be collected throughout the day.

Temporary Closure of Farm Credit Services of America Offices

  • Although our offices will be closed to the public, our team members remain committed to supporting you and will meet with customers by appointment when necessary.

  • We will continue to actively monitor developments and work with health officials to prioritize the health and well-being of our employees, our communities, and our customer-owners in every interaction.
