My business philosophy

Life is 10 percent what happens and 90 percent how you handle it. It is how you handle life’s ups and downs that makes a difference for the people that you encounter. Choosing to handle situations positively helps our company and our customers succeed.

What I like most about working with my team members at FCSAmerica

Our teammates choose to be their best every day. They want to make a difference for the customers and for their teammates. They are willing to go above and beyond their role to look for solutions that create a positive customer and employee experience.

What initially attracted me to FCSAmerica

Growing up on a farm in eastern Iowa made me appreciate the hard work and dedication our farming community has in providing food to feed the world. Having the opportunity to help provide financing to this industry felt like being a part of the greater good.
