Why I look forward to coming to work every day

I look forward to coming to work every day because of the highly motivated, creative and positive-thinking individuals I work with. Each of them has a “can do” attitude, adds value to their job, contributes to their team and makes FCSAmerica the best place in which to work and do business.

What attracted me to FCSAmerica

I grew up on a farm in southeast Nebraska. Though I chose to move away from the farm, I wanted to remain connected in some way to the industry and lifestyle. FCSAmerica was the answer. I was able to live and work in Omaha while working to help grow American agriculture.

What I like most about working with team members at FCSAmerica

I enjoy working together with other FCSAmerica team members for the success of our customers, our company and each other. We do a very good job of respecting the unique contributions of each teammate and celebrating their achievements.
