Our Organizational Development and Learning team works to provide continuing learning and training opportunities for employees across Farm Credit Services of America, ensuring that we continue to grow as a company by educating ourselves on the latest techniques and programs in the business.

Positions include training specialists, Organizational Development & Learning specialist, and marketplace specialists.

Farm Credit Service of America team members enjoy coming to work every day, partly thanks to our Corporate Services team. The Corporate Services team creates and maintains inspiring and functional work environments for team members in all of our offices. This group is responsible for real estate purchases and sales, building maintenance, security systems, mail and copy services and managing the corporate fleet.

Positions include facilities specialists, facilities engineers, mailroom specialists and receptionists.

From meeting with potential employees to motivating team members by developing and delivering the company strategy, Human Resources is the ultimate “people person” team. In addition to recruiting, retaining and rewarding the best talent in the industry, HR team members also supply benefits administration, compensation, employee relations and recruitment.
