The Farm Credit Services of America (FCSAmerica) Board is comprised of 15 members: 12 elected by customer-stockholders and three appointed Directors. FCSAmerica voters elected four customer-stockholder Directors to serve either a three or four-year term beginning April 1, 2022:
Race 1: Dana Morgan, Corning, IA was re-elected to the Board for a 3-year term. He has served on the
FCSAmerica Board since 2020. Jason Schwenneker of Ankeny, IA was the other candidate in this race.
Race 2: Susan Voss, North English, IA, was re-elected to the Board for a 4-year term. She has served on the
FCSAmerica Board since 2014. Lindsay Greiner of Keota, IA was the other candidate in this race.
Race 3: Duane Kristensen, Minden, NE, was elected to the Board. Jon Cosby, Lincoln, NE, and David Nielsen,
Lincoln, NE, were the other candidates in this race.
Race 4: Jason Frerichs, Wilmot, SD, was elected to the Board. Robert Metz, Peever, SD was the other
candidate in this race.
Board Appointment: The FCSAmerica Board has reappointed Mark Weiss, Omaha, NE as an independent
Director with a 4-year term effective April 1, 2022. Mark has a background in information technology and risk
management and has served on the Board since 2014.
Tom Farwell, Humboldt, NE and John Reisch, Howard, SD will be retiring from
the FCSAmerica Board effective April 1, 2022. Farwell has served on the Board since 2018 and Reisch has been a
director since 2008.
