Our suite of Cash Management services includes digital offerings that allows you to advance and pay down your line of credit with ease while offering fraud mitigation. Most activity flows directly through your operating line of credit for convenience.

Payables

  • Drafts: Convenient option for advances from an operating line of credit that flows through like a check but draws directly from your operating loan.
  • ACH: Advance from your line of credit electronic payments to pay vendors and employees. Payments can be automatic, recurring or single use. Our online portal supports single transactions or allows a file upload for multiple items through ACH File Services.
  • Wires: Send Domestic and International wires from your line of credit.
  • AgriBuy® Rewards Mastercard®: Delivers convenient access to your line of credit, plus earn 1% cash-back rewards.
  • Bill Pay: Pay bills online using funds from your line of credit.
  • Internal Payments: Set up a one-time or recurring transfer from your operating loan to another eligible FCSAmerica loan.

Receivables

  • Wires: Receive incoming Domestic or International wires to be applied directly to your line of credit.
  • Internal Transfer: Set up a one-time or recurring transfer from your operating line of credit to another eligible FCSAmerica loan.
  • Remote Deposit: Save postage and time by electronically scanning check images to apply directly to operating loan. Use a desktop scanner for single or multiple checks or the FCSAmerica mobile app* for remote deposit on the go.
  • CashPlus: For a line of credit that might occasionally run a zero balance, CashPlus can maximize the return on your cash by utilizing excess funds and investing in interest-bearing bonds issued by AgriBank.

Fraud

  • Positive Pay: Fraud mitigation that assists company's issued drafts against presented ones.
  • ACH Positive Pay: Assists in fraud mitigation that allows you to manage ACH debits posting to your operating loan.
  • Alerts: Text or messaging notifications of credits and/or debits posted to your line of credit or AgriBuy® Rewards Mastercard®.
  • Multi-factor Authentication: For ACH and wires via dual control or soft token through app on mobile device.

Fraud Force

To further enhance our company’s cyber defenses, we are highlighting common types of cyber threats through an audio series called Fraud Force. We will share examples of some of the most common fraud tactics being used to obtain personal, confidential, and financial information – and the signs to look for to avoid becoming a victim.

Business Email Compromise
