Download Information

You can download your Loan and Funds Held transactions for either financial management programs or for any spreadsheet program such as Microsoft® Excel. Most financial programs support one of these two formats. Below are detailed instructions for Quicken®, Microsoft® Money, and Microsoft® Excel. For all other programs please refer to the particular software's manual.

Quicken® Download Procedures

The download must be saved into a file on your hard drive (usually the C:\ drive). Account information can be downloaded between a certain date range.

Follow these procedures for downloading:

  • From the Account Summary page, select the Download button at the top of the page. This takes you to the Download Page. First you need to select an Account to download. You can only download one account at a time. If you have multiple draws in an account, you need to download each of those individually.
  • Next, enter date ranges into From and To input boxes in the format as 'MM/DD/YYYY'. You will be alerted if there are no transactions within the dates you specify.
  • Select the file format that is suitable for you. The format should be QIF for Quicken® .
  • Click the Download button. The download process will begin.
  • In the "What Would You Like To Do With This File?" screen, select Save This File To Disk , then select OK .
  • In the Save As window, select the file location in the SAVE IN drop-down box. Be sure to note where you place the file.
  • The program uses Download.qif as default File Name. You may change the file name to reflect the download information. The file name must be followed by the .qif extension. For example: checking.qif, download.qif, update.qif.
  • Then select the SAVE button.

The account information is now located in the file you specified on the hard drive of your computer.

The next step is to import the file into the appropriate Quicken® account. To begin this process, open the appropriate account within Quicken® and complete the following steps:

  • Select FILE and then select FILE OPERATIONS .
  • Select IMPORT .
  • In the QIF IMPORT window, Select FIND FILE .
  • Select the C:\ drive and find the file that was saved earlier followed by .qif.
  • Select the file and Click OK on the QIF IMPORT screen.
