Executive Leadership Structure

As a cooperative, our Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing and approving individuals hired to the leadership team to ensure their talents and strengths align with the needs of the Association.

Mark Jensen  

Mark Jensen
President and CEO

Mark was named president and chief executive officer in November 2017. Prior to that, he held the role of senior vice president and chief risk officer. Mark has over 25 years of agricultural lending experience and has provided leadership to the credit, risk management and appraisal teams that support sales, service, and strategic planning activities.

Scott Coziahr

Scott Coziahr
Executive Vice President –
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Scott was named general counsel in 2006 and has worked extensively with board governance. He was named corporate secretary in 2020. Previously, Scott was engaged in private law practice representing financial institutions in the areas of commercial real estate and equipment finance.

Jessica Fyre
Executive Vice President –
Chief Administrative Officer

Jessica was named executive vice president – chief administrative officer in 2024. She leads human resources, organizational development, business training, corporate services, along with credit review and compliance. Jessica previously served as chief operations officer and general counsel within the Farm Credit System, where she provided executive and strategic direction to the lending operations, business applications, information technology and legal teams, and served as the principal legal advisor to the board of directors.

Craig Kinnison

Executive Vice President –
Chief Financial Officer

Craig was named chief financial officer in November 2006. Prior to joining FCSAmerica, Craig spent 14 years with the Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation in New Jersey in the role of senior vice president and treasurer. During his career, Craig also worked in public accounting for six years and is a licensed CPA.

marc knisely 

Marc Knisely
Executive Vice President –
AgCountry Business Development

Marc was named executive vice president – AgCountry business development in 2024. In this capacity, Marc provides strategic leadership within AgCountry for retail business development (lending, insurance and business services), serves as the lead for AgCountry community involvement and public relations, along with leading the enterprise-wide legislative affairs group. Marc has extensive Farm Credit System experience having served in various leadership capacities over the course of a career spanning more than 42 years, of which more than 26 years as a Farm Credit association CEO.

Tim Koch

Executive Vice President –
Business Development

Tim was named EVP – Business Development in July 2022. In this capacity, Tim provides strategic leadership to the business development teams including AgDirect, retail business development, commercial business development, insurance services and Public Relations and marketing. Previously, Tim served as a national bank examiner with the Comptroller of the Currency.

Jackie Martinie 

Jackie Martinie
Executive Vice President –
Chief Operations Officer

Jackie was named chief credit and operating officer in 2022. She leads the credit, lending operations and appraisal teams. Jackie previously served at Farm Credit Illinois, as chief credit officer she provided executive and strategic direction to credit, loan operations, diversified markets, and organizational development. She joined the Farm Credit System in 2010 after spending the early part of her career in commercial banking.

Krista McDonald

Krista McDonald
Executive Vice President –
Chief Strategy Officer

Krista joined FCSAmerica in 2015 as vice president of strategy and innovation. In that role, she was responsible for strategic planning, customer experience and fostering a culture of innovation. She later launched the Sales Enablement team. She was named chief strategy officer in 2020 and today leads strategic planning, customer insights, digital strategy and innovation, strategy enablement, product management and experience design. Krista previously worked at ConAgra Foods as a brand director and served as a Washington D.C.-based agricultural policy aide for a Colorado congressional district.

greg salton 

Greg Salton
Executive Vice President –
Chief Risk and Credit Officer

Greg was named chief risk and credit officer in 2024. He provides strategic leadership to credit and risk teams including retail credit, corporate credit, and operational risk. Greg has more than 25 years of experience providing leadership and practical solutions in enterprise and credit risk management, business process, portfolio management, and data and analytics to enable organizational competencies.

Russ Wagner

Russ Wagner
Executive Vice President –
Chief Information Officer

Russ was named chief information officer in 2020. He leads data, infrastructure and platforms, IT support, application development and security. He joined FCSAmerica in 1997 and has led technology, security, communications, and cross-functional teams. Previously, Russ was chief technology officer responsible for technology strategies, project priorities and enterprise risk reporting.
